Personality: At first glance Izuku does not seem like the type of person who is on the path of becoming a hero. He has an outwardly timid personality, quick to overreact, and quicker to cry at anything that could cause joy or sorrow. He grew up being a part of the slim percentage of people in society who are born without a Quirk—or a type of superpower that is common in his world--and was bullied throughout his childhood because of this. This has lead him to being easy to fluster and startle, giving him the airs of being a push-over.
However, Izuku has a strong sense of justice, and a stronger determination to make his dreams come true through hard work. If he sees a goal, he works twice as hard as anyone because he knows he had started with less than anyone else. This has lead him to be one of the top students in his class, as well as the one recognized by the hero that is considered the Symbol of Peace to succeed him and inherit his powers.
Izuku spends a lot of time in his own head. This habit often manifests in him muttering out-loud to himself in long-winded tangents, which can be unsettling for those who are close enough to hear. He is constantly thinking and observing, having devoted multiple notebooks to chronicling specs about the heroes he admires. He fights by observing his opponent an adapting his fighting style to their onslaught of attacks, making him a strong contender in most fights even if he seems to be outmatched by sheer power alone..
Despite his perchance for thinking, he can be quite reckless. He often finds his body moving of its own accord if there is someone in need of help, and is more than willing to risk his life to save someone. He has broken his bones multiple times for the sake of others, and will not hesitate to put himself in harms way. If someone is in trouble, he becomes hyper-fixated on being able to help. When in a fight he can become brash and unpredictable—a trait he contributes to his friendship with Bakugo.
Overall, Izuku is a caring and compassionate person who draws other people to him with his actions and determination.
Integration Questions
how will your character handle being assigned a leadership role: Izuku excels in a leadership position. He has an easy to work with personality that draws people to him. He's always thinking and planning even if people don't ask him to, and is always eager to collaborate ideas with other people.
how will your character handle being assigned an antagonist role: Although Izuku is capable of playing along with a more antagonsist role, he would struggle with causing physical harm to another person, even if he was coerced to. Schemes that caused no bodily harm to others would be easier for him to treat as a game, but Izuku would much rather sacrifice his own well-being than ever cause someone else to suffer.
how will your character handle the implication that they’re not real / are a clone: The idea of being a clone would not bother Izuku too much. It would be a lot to take in—but with how much he thinks, it is one of many possibilities he could see happening anyways in such a strange environment. At the end of the day, even if he's a clone it doesn't change what he wants to do or has to do—which is help and save people.

Izuku inherited the powers of 8 generations of super strength from his mentor All Might. This entails Izuku to enter a state of enhanced agility, mobility, and strength. He can create gusts of wind currents from the power of his strikes, jump long distances, and move at speeds hard to track. Currently he can only access about 8% of this power normally—and 20% if he is pushed to the limit.
Nerf Details: In a nerfed state, Izuku's powers behave more like they did when he first inherited them. He can't use them throughout his body, like he can now—and can only localize the power in a specific location, like a finger or a single arm with a very limited time of use. This also comes at great physical repercussion to him, verging on breaking bones.
